The 48DPio model provides forty-eight DisplayPort inputs and forty-eight DisplayPort outputs. Specify this version when your signal plan calls for DisplayPort connections at both ends. It includes analog audio embedding and de-embedding and redundant power in an 8RU chassis.

Is this a 48x48 HDMI matrix?
No. This specific 48DPio model has DisplayPort 1.2 video inputs and outputs. For forty-eight HDMI inputs and outputs, choose our MX2-48×48-HDMI20-A-R rental.
Does this matrix scale every signal or provide seamless switching?
Plan this rental as a signal-routing matrix. Do not assume it replaces a presentation switcher or scaler. Share mixed-resolution or seamless-transition requirements so HRE can help specify the complete signal chain.
What DisplayPort compatibility details should I check?
Lightware lists no support for MST, DP++, Adaptive-Sync or FreeSync on these DH models, and no HDR on DisplayPort outputs. DisplayPort inputs are managed within the HDMI 2.0 bandwidth; some 10-bit formats require color conversion. Confirm your source format and destination compatibility before the show.
