Drew Taylor is the owner of High Resolution Engineering, a company specializing in high-performance AV rentals and technical support for live events. From Disguise media servers to Spyder X80 switchers and Ross Carbonite systems, Drew and his team provide fully pre-configured gear that crews can trust to perform under pressure.
With over two decades of experience, Drew has helped deliver large-scale shows for clients like Microsoft, NBC at the Olympics, CES keynotes, and Marriott. He’s worked extensively as a high-resolution video engineer, screen switcher, screens producer, and media server programmer/operator.
Beyond live production, Drew also designs and programs control systems for permanent AV installations, including broadcast studios, experience centers, and theaters.
As a certified Disguise and Christie Spyder trainer, Drew is passionate about helping others succeed with cutting-edge tools in real-world environments. His calm, collaborative approach and deep technical knowledge make him a trusted partner for technical directors, project managers, and event planners alike.
