Rent the Lightware DA4-HDMI20-C
The Lightware DA4-HDMI20-C is a 1-input, 4-output HDMI distribution amplifier for sending one source to multiple destinations. Rent it for presentation systems, confidence monitors and other live-event signal paths that need the same feed at several locations.
Built-in EDID management helps define the format requested from the source. Signal reclocking and input equalization support reliable distribution, while automatic 4K-to-1080p down-conversion helps accommodate connected HD displays.
Plan the complete distribution path
Send HRE the source model, destination list, video format and cable lengths. Include any mix of 4K and HD displays so the signal path can be checked before the show. Tell us whether the quote should include cabling, power, mounting or additional support.

Does this send four different sources to four displays?
No. The DA4 distributes one HDMI source to as many as four HDMI destinations. For multiple sources and independently selectable routes, consider a Lightware MX2 matrix.
Can I connect a mix of 4K and 1080p displays?
The DA4-HDMI20-C supports automatic 4K-to-1080p output down-conversion when required by a connected HDMI display. Share the actual display models and source format so HRE can confirm the configuration.
Why does EDID management matter?
EDID tells the source which video and audio formats to send. A planned EDID setting helps match the source to the distribution system instead of leaving the format choice to whichever display is connected first.
Will it replace a fiber extender or full scaler?
Use the DA4 for distribution and its supported down-conversion function. For longer routes or other processing requirements, include the distance and required output formats in your request so the appropriate equipment can be added.
What should I send for a rental quote?
Send the rental dates, quantity, source and display models, resolution, frame rate, destination count and cable lengths. Note any cabling, power, mounting, backup or technical support needs.
