Is a backup server included?

Typically a backup server is not included by default, but one can be added to your rental package upon request. For critical or high-profile shows, we recommend adding a matching backup system for added redundancy and peace of mind. Our team can help configure the primary and backup servers to match your show requirements.

Which accessories come with the rental?

Each Disguise EX 3+ rental comes show-ready with the essential accessories needed for operation, including the appropriate power, network, and connection cabling for your configuration. Additional accessories, control hardware, adapters, and backup components can also be added based on your show requirements.

Can I add programming or an operator?

Yes. Programming and experienced DISGUISE operators can be added to your rental package as needed. Whether you need pre-show programming, on-site operation, or full show support, we can provide skilled personnel to help get your system built, tested, and show-ready.

What should I send for a quote?

To get an accurate quote, send us your show dates, system requirements, expected resolution and output count, and any available signal flow or system drawings. Let us know if you’ll also need programming, an operator, backup systems, or additional equipment. If you’re not sure exactly what you need, send us what you have and our team can help build the right package for your show.
