Is the U5 a video processor?
The U5 is a control console. Add the required presentation processor separately and specify the screens, sources and control functions your show needs.
Can I rent it with a Q8 or P80?
Yes. HRE carries Q8 and P80 processors and offers the U5 as an optional rental accessory. Ask us to quote the console with your chosen processor and confirm the software and system configuration.
Should I choose U5 or U5 Mini?
Choose the full-size U5 for an integrated touchscreen workspace and a larger set of physical controls. Consider U5 Mini when available desk space and a compact operating position are priorities.
What should I send for a rental quote?
Send your dates, venue, processor model, source list and screen layout. Include the show schedule, preset requirements and any existing system drawings so we can scope the control package.
