Does every output provide seamless switching?
Seamless switching and a constant output format require the appropriate scaling output cards. Tell HRE which destinations need processed feeds so we can confirm the rental configuration before the show.
Can I use it as a 4K multiviewer?
Yes, with compatible PIP4 cards. Each configured output can show up to four windows, with available source labels. Let us know how many monitoring outputs and simultaneous sources you need.
Can it switch between primary and backup media servers?
The matrix can route primary and backup source feeds to your destinations. Define the switching method, monitoring layout and required output processing in advance; automatic failover is not assumed in the rental package.
What should I send for a rental quote?
Send your dates, source list, connection types, resolutions and destination count. Include any signal-flow drawings, multiviewer layouts and control requirements. HRE can help scope equipment, configuration and onsite support.
